ST. PETERS, MO — On Thursday, September 3, 2026, the City of St. Peters, local officials, and business community leaders gathered to celebrate the official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for RISE Commercial District, located at 11 Rise Drive in St. Peters.

Jim Sapp, CEO of RISE, cut the ceremonial ribbon alongside his management team, City of St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano, representatives from the St. Peters Board of Aldermen, and staff and ambassadors with the St. Charles Regional Chamber.
