QuickBooks Volunteer Support Needed

Do you love QuickBooks and enjoy solving puzzles?   We'd love your help!

Addiction is Real is looking for a current or retired QuickBooks wizard to volunteer alongside our Executive Director and Office Manager to help us streamline our bookkeeping processes and troubleshoot a few accounting questions on an ongoing basis.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
• Enjoys improving systems and finding practical solutions
• Is patient, positive, collaborative, and willing to share their knowledge

Time Commitment:

• Approximately 4 hours initially to review our current setup and processes
• Then 1–2 hours per month for occasional guidance and troubleshooting

Location:
Our office is in St. Peters, Missouri, at 5988 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, and we'd need support during normal weekday business hours.

Your expertise will help strengthen our organization so we can spend more time doing what matters most - preventing youth substance use, reducing stigma, and supporting families in our community.
