Three school districts in St. Charles County have ballot initiatives on the November 2026 ballot.

At this months meeting we will be hearing about Proposition H and Proposition O put on the ballot by the Francis Howell School District.

We will have three speakers / presenters:

• Mark Delaney, Superintendent, Francis Howell School District 
• Carl Suhre, School Finance Watchdog 
• Patrick Lane, Citizens for Francis Howell
