Robin Phillips is CEO of Child Care Aware of Missouri (CCAMO), where she leads efforts to strengthen and sustain the state’s child care system. With nearly 25 years of experience in child care systems building and nonprofit leadership, she understands child care’s far-reaching impact on children, families, employers, workforce participation and Missouri’s economy.

Robin recently led significant growth at CCAMO, expanding its team by 50%, strengthening organizational capacity, diversifying funding and introducing innovative programs and technology-enabled services. A sought-after speaker at local, state and national events, she shares practical insight on how collaborative action can build a more accessible and sustainable child care system for Missouri.
